Pets in Things
When I was growing up we had an open door policy towards animals. If a stray showed up at our house it got fed and usually stuck around long enough to be considered a pet. Since we lived on a gravel road, which is prime animal dumping territory, a lot of animals showed up to take advantage of our policy. Here are some of my favorite pet pictures. The theme being: Pets in Things. All of the animals got into whatever object they are in under their own power. (Honestly, the cat got into the bag on her own. My dad just happened to be there to make sure she stayed in the bag long enough to get her picture taken.)

Oh, my cat loves to get in bags, too. But his absolute favorite thing is to hide in a cardboard box in the middle of the living room floor and then pounce on the Mireille (my puppy) whenever she walks by. For some reason, M is always quite surprised....
